It wouldn't work properly if not connecting the USB cable with 5V 1A adapter to PS1 to HDMI Converter. The package includes a USB cable, but not includes a 5V 1A adapter. You could use 5V 1A adapter of your mobile phone or tablet to connect USB cable and then power the Converter.
