Return


You can return an item for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

If for any reason you need to return your item, simply get in touch to let us know you're returning it and the reason for return.

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging, please include receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If the item you received was faulty or not as described your shipping costs will be refunded. We recommend using a tracked and signed for service as proof of posting and delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected to be in a resellable condition your refund will be issued and you will be notified by email.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
